Not only do American employers(The REAL PROBLEM with economy) cast for jobs,they also "feel you out" to see if you will fit in to their cliche,their little "club"their little "group" or "gang." keep in mind that it DOES NOT matter how well you do your job,they need to know if you can, or will, or cant, or wont, keep their filthy little business secrets,how they circumvent the laws,the rules,the guidelines etc.,what rules they bend and break to run their business.99% of ALL American Businesses cant even follow their own policies they underwrite and expect their employees to follow. Some employees can break the rules,circumvent policy and proceedure,because they are "IN" They are part of the group,the gang,a fully trusted member of the cliche.(Remember High School---we NEVER really grow up when it comes right down to it)Now this employee, usually sucks at doing the job,job knowledge,but the reason this employee isnt fired is because they can and will keep secrets. They are on top of who is fucking who,who is gay and who isnt,who goes to this church,or that one or---who doesnt attend church...They know how many days everbody has missed but yet all the days they've missed is because their reasons were more important than yours.Theyre the supervisors snitch,the bosses family member,and believe me they can get by with all but anything. Employers will believe their crazy shit no matter how ridiculous it is over the truth.Employers are for more worried about appeasing certain employees than the jobs and tasks of the day to day functions.When you apply for a job---you are NOT applying to do a job---your applying to "fit in" with a bunch of strangers who had better like you from the word go. It doesnt matter how ell you do your job,your knowledge,your expertise,your experience. What matters is whether or not youre gonna side with the right cliche if someone is found out to be fucking someone there.

UNLESS--they themselves are as DELUSIONAL as you are,and live and work right there in the zone,knowing that somebody else will ALWAYS pay the bill..... I have NO SYMPATHY for ANYONE who lives 20 feet below sea level,who live right on the beach in Hurricane prone regions,or anyone who lives in a trailer in Kansas or Oklahoma.I have no tolerance for idiots who wont leave their homes for safety and try to wait out the storm---firmly BELIEVING that the US Government will replace a tarpaper shack with a mansion because you "lost" far less than what you think you deserve in compensation.Firmly Believing that your own personal US Coast Guard rescue helicopter will scoop you off your roof in the nick of time,because you didnt heed the warnings.Because even after being told,and fully KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING,after being WARNED for DECADES that your region is NOT SAFE---You CHOSE to stay put. FUCK YOU. Then turn a round and bitch and complain that the mobile home that was given to you,that is actually a goddamn upgrade from the hole you were living in is not good enough for you? Hello Darkness My Old friend.....

Hadnt posted since November.Not that there wasnt plenty to talk about,the Holidays are always chock full of great wonders and total bullshit. It was fun to Christmas shop with some snow on the ground in our area,but it all but gone on Christmas Day. The region I currently live in,the Salisbury/Rowan area of North Carolina,hasnt had a White Christmas since 1947. I always get a kick out of the imbeciles who think that "X" mas means taking "Christ" out of "Christmas,"when the "X" means Christ.But more than this,this time of year DOES NOT belong to them in the FIRST PLACE. How do you make such demands over the Holidays when you dont even know when he(Christ) was born--AT ALL????Ive read a few explainations,but it basically means that the "X" is the Greek Orthodox symbol for Christ...."X" means "cross"...get it? Understand now? Of course they wont.Christmas...I love it. I really do,but have you ever compared the "Nordic Pagan Christmas" with the "Christian Christmas?" Christmas remains all but Pagan,with the Nativity thrown in. You have the whole Nordic thing---snow,trees,decorations,Santa Claus,reindeer,sleighs,holly,mistletoe---everything that has to do with a NORTHERN Hemisphere Culture, and then sewn into it is "Desert Theology" with this one story about being born in a barn. Thats it. Thats all.My ancestors came from the forests of Northern Europe,from the Ice Ages,not from the Middle Eastern Deserts. My skin color did not develope there.I could go on and on,but you get the point.Its the "Christian Christmas---that gives you "Xmas" The Pagan Christmas has nothing to do with Jesus---he wasnt a part of it in history.It was sewn onto to the Yuletide---rather badly---long after. I really think that I will begin to refer to the Holiday as "Winter Solstice" or the "Yuletide" It'll be the same thing,thought historically accurate and more to the point of what I believe in. Ever notice how soon we ditch Christmas after its over? We drop it and all it stands for like a hot rotten potato. The day after,there is NO MORE of this "Peace on Earth" "Help the Poor" shit. Not until the day after Thanksgiving. Not until its time to get delusional again. Here are some things that simply arent going to end in our lives---Racism,will NEVER end. Warfare,will NEVER end. Poverty,will NEVER end. Hunger,will NEVER end,Greed and Corruption,will NEVER end,and we are NOT CAPABLE of preserving nature on this planet of ours. If you think these things are possible,thats fine,I wish it could be too,but the reality is,your'e delusional.I'm delusional to an extent,but Im far more ready to admit it than most.If we all followed our Oaths,Anthems,Vows,Promises,Prayers and all these ridiculous slogans of self help and self gratitude there wouldnt be a problem. Truth is,Mankind cant even follow the simpest rules,and expects the rules to be bent or ignored for himself,while he fully expects and demands other to be FULLY PROSECUTED by the rules and laws he believes should be circumvented for him.This is why. This is why things go round and round this is why things are very slow to actually change,this is why NO ONE can ever really be on the same page,and life would be boring as hell if it were. There would be no way to guage right and wrong,winning or losing,nothing.The one thing you can do is call them out on their hypocracies. Im tired of men and women,whom I know cheat on their spouses,pop pills,abuse drink and drug, or do totally contradictory things to the faith,or "all of the above"telling me to believe in Jesus.Im tired of people who have NEVER read that book called the bible,trying to tell me and explain with their Sunday School quotations--the obvious and true extent of their knowledge of the bible.Had they truly READ the book,they would be much more like me than they will EVER be comfortable again abvout everything theyve been brought up to "believe in." Christianity is largely based on PEER PRESSURE. You dont want to be out of sync with those who are "right,"do you? There are better ways these days to alienate people without being obvious. But it is obvious to me. I see you..........

OK kiddies---seems we've overlooked a detail in the Shroud of Turin. Seem that maybe "J.C." had his name wrote on his blankie. There seems to be a verification signature in the shroud. Look my little dears,it doesnt matter whether the shroud is real,or not. Doesnt matter if it from the medieval era or the Roman era. The best thing that should have happened to the shroud is for it to have burned in the fire a few hundred years ago. Im not sure if Jesus would like it very much if all of Christianity would hinge,rise or fall on the blanket he was wrapped in after he was brutally murdered would be something he'd want to be a holy relic. Do you like seeing the car a relative died in? Of course not. This issue is another thing thats blown WAAAAAAAYYYYY OUT of PROPORTION,because theres NO WAY anyone will know the truth and facts pro or con. Employers dont "hire" employees,they "CAST" employees. It does not matter how well,how long,how experienced,your expertise,your knowledge,how ambitious,you are and do your job. Its doesnt matter. What your employer is looking for is an actor or actress that will do as much for as little as possible,yet expect you to perform at Oscar level at all times. They expect you to act and behave for the job(acting) what to say on the job,(scripting)...you get the point. Just a thought for the day..................
