Central Casting for a Job.....

Employers dont "hire" employees,they "CAST" employees. It does not matter how well,how long,how experienced,your expertise,your knowledge,how ambitious,you are and do your job. Its doesnt matter. What your employer is looking for is an actor or actress that will do as much for as little as possible,yet expect you to perform at Oscar level at all times. They expect you to act and behave for the job(acting) what to say on the job,(scripting)...you get the point. Just a thought for the day..................

    I tried to send you a message,but theres this barrage of "sign ins" and confirmations that we shouldnt have to go through to do it.I hate the decision I had to make to not post on DNM anymore. There is no way the staff can arbitrate post site trolls like nelsonfixt,and Im too hot headed to back down and ignore it.Nelsonfixt is one problem,I'm another,so I'll walk away..Obviously he/she (I dont know) is able to post under different names,so you cant tell who is who.As you can tell Im pretty harsh about some things here, off the DNM post site,here on this blog.The DNM post site is not a place to post the things I post here.Im quite sure if some of them saw this they will think quite differently of me.I do not announce this blog site just yet to most people I know,not out of fear of not being popular or liked,but would like to get as much up as possible before I do.This format allows me to not have to worry about censorship at all,like I did when i had a column with an entertainment newspaper some years ago. I need to get those columns up on this blog too,before I have everyone start seeing the blog site.I will come back on the site soon and explain my decision.You may tell them what you like,I DO miss the site,but I think its in the best interest of all that I no longer participate and try to deal with post site trolls like nelson,you really dont know what some people are capable of doing,especially a nutjob like that.
